Wrongfull termination?

If you are fired from a place of employment for something that many other people has done themselves, is it grounds for a wrongfull termination law suit? The past employers are saying that you damaged property intentionally when you did not and you have plenty of witnesses to back you up, and after they terminated you they are denying you unemployment wages as well.
