Can anyone give me specifics about Washington State Higher Education residency laws? ?

I moved to the state of washington from california in the pursuit of a better job for me and my wife. I had issues getting a job that was in line with my experience and payed what I felt I should get so I decided to go back to school and complete my BS. I moved to WA in late december of 2007 with family here but I didn’t start registering to vote, changing Drivers License, etc. to about February. I did end my lease with the apartments in California in December and I brought my wife and son here with me in December. I’m applying for the winter quarter of 2009. That would mean that at the start of the quarter, I’d have lived in the state of WA for over a year and have made this my permanent residence. I’ve had steady employment since about June and I have not been a student taking more than 6 credits a quarter. If anyone can help me out I’d appreciate it a lot. Thank you.

Just look at the locker neighbor, Canada. a land filled with high taxes to support lazy people. free healthcare, free childcare, benefits, single mother, a pain in the year of maternity leave, assistance social benefits free of illegal immigrants. all expenses paid to people who work hard pay taxes. is so pathetic.
