MAternity leave ????

I work at an office of a total of 5 people the owner obvious has a small business…..now I know larger companies pay maternity leave but does my employerhave to pay my maternity leave and how loing can I take off this is my 4 th kid and the past times I always came back earlier than I should and this time I wanted to spend more time with my baby….I live in Wisconsin…..can i get any help? Thanks…

I also work for a small company and they do not give me any paid time off but do allow 6 weeks maternity leave…
