Ohio maternity leave??

I am due December 12th. My job pays us 8 weeks 80%pay while we are on leave. However, am i aloud to take 12 weeks by law?I know i won’t get paid for the other 4 weeks, i just want to make sure so i can figure everything out. =) I am in the state of Ohio.

You’ll want to check the FMLA. This generally allows for 12 weeks of leave.
