Maternity Leave Keeping In Touch
January 30th, 2009 by admin

maternity leave keeping in touch
Has anyone had to take their former employer to the county court for refusing to pay the ET award?

My former employer, the World Travel Awards Ltd, was ordered by the Employment Tribunal (London Central, 23 June
2006) to pay me a compensation for sex
discrimination on the grounds of maternity leave,
injury to feelings, constructive unfair dismissal and
unlawful deduction from wages (Statutory
Maternity Pay)

World Travel Awards Ltd keeps ignoring this
judgment of the Employment Tribunals and have never got in touch with me. So why the law is that weak? It is a double discrimination to me.

You can follow this story as it unfolds. http://www.haveyoursay.info/

Seek advice from the person (solicitor?) who assisted you in the compensation claim.

Although you may be able to obtain judgment against them for non-payment of the compensation actually getting the money out of them might be a different story.

I don’t think that the previous comment about the Chief Executive going to prison is correct – this is not a criminal but a civil case.

Unfaithful Ep. – 10
