I am thinking of getting pregnant. But I would like to know If I can take a maternity leave with pay?
I work for a very small medical office in California with no medical insurance or any benefits. Sux! But I dont plan on working there forever. I need to know if I can take any maternity leave with pay?? Any advice please. Thanks in advance!
It all depends on your company’s policy. Most likely, no pay. But most states do offer benefits for mothers on maternity leave.
