Maternity Leave Before Birth

maternity leave before birth
How long before I could use “paid” or regular maternity leave again?

I’m in the U.S.A I just had my first child she is now 5 months old I was thinking on trying for number 2 soon only because I’d like them close in age. I went on maternity leave with my first and was on “paid leave” for 6 weeks. I waited until the day I gave birth to my daughter to go on leave after I used my initial 2 weeks of PTO. So how long would I have to wait to be able to go on paid leave again?? ^yes they paid me before^ Is there a waiting period please let me know if you know or if you have done this too. Thank you!
Yes I work 80 hours in a two week period. I’m Fulltime. so fo FMLA woudl the go by the time I started my leave a year since then??

for fmla, your time off is given per calendar year, but your paid leave is a company policy which i would assume is for any maternity leave no matter how often or soon they occur. Best to check with your hr rep…

9 months of pregnancy and our Daughter!
